English translation
Every entity in existence being in orderliness and participating in orderliness itself is seen in the form of dharma. Dharma of material order is existing (being). Dharma of biological order is growth with existing. Dharma of animal order is the hope of living along with growth and existence. Dharma of knowledge order (humans) is continuity of happiness along with hope of living, growth and existence. Happiness itself is the dharma of humans. How will happiness be achieved? Through resolution. Resolution will be achieved by living in orderliness. Living in orderliness depends on understanding in humans. Understanding is to have enlightenment of existence, jeevan and humane conduct.
Enlightenment of orderliness naturally results in dedication and resolve for orderliness. Humans live in orderliness with this dedication and resolve, and by living thus we can create good conditions. Therefore, we will have to adopt humane education which will give rise to sadbuddhi in humans. There is no other way of saving this Earth from complete disaster. We should understand this proposal. It is needed. Circumstances will compel us to understand it if we don't pay heed now.
Therefore, abiding by dharma is to live in universal system and undivided society with evidence of resolution, prosperity, fearlessness and coexistence. In this way, I have understood humaneness to be the universal system of humans. Human race is one – actions are many. Human dharma is one - resolutions are many. Unless humans recognise themselves as one race, how can they do anything good for all humans? Humans can perform many kinds of actions for living with happiness. The meaning of many kinds of actions means performing different works like tailoring, masonry, farming, etc. It is natural for humans to do many kinds of works. Many kinds of work here mean production activities. We can accept the oneness of the human race by seeing that the objective of all humans is only one – which is to become happy, to become prosperous, to become resolved, to have fearlessness, and to continuously evidence coexistence. Any plan that we make for satisfying these objectives can only be based on the principle that “human race is one, human dharma is one.” The path to happiness is called dharma (orderliness). The way orderliness can be evidenced at one place and time upon becoming wise, it can be evidenced at every place and time. That is the beauty of this proposal.

जीवन विद्या एक परिचय
व्यवस्था में रहना व्यवस्था में भागीदारी करना ही, धर्म के रूप में दिखता है। पदार्थावस्था का धर्म अस्तित्व (होना) है। प्राणावस्था का धर्म पुष्टि सहित अस्तित्व है। जीवावस्था का धर्म, जीने की आशा, पुष्टि सहित अस्तित्व के रूप में प्रकाशित है। ज्ञानावस्था (मानव) का धर्म निरंतर, अस्तित्व, पुष्टि, आशा सहित सुखधर्मी होना देखा गया है। सुख ही मानव धर्म है। सुख कैसे होगा? समाधान से। समाधान आयेगा व्यवस्था में जीने से। व्यवस्था में जीना मानव की समझदारी पर निर्भर करता है और समझदारी कुल मिलाकर अस्तित्व, जीवन और मानवीयता पूर्ण आचरण के बोध होने को कहते हैं।
व्यवस्था का बोध होने के बाद व्यवस्था में निष्ठा, संकल्प होना स्वाभाविक है। निष्ठा, संकल्प होने के उपरांत मानव व्यवस्था में जीता है इस प्रकार जीकर हम अच्छी परिस्थिति को निर्मित कर सकते हैं। अतः मानवीय शिक्षा विधि को अपनाना होगा फलस्वरूप सद्बुद्धि उदय होगी। इसके बिना कोई उपाय है नहीं, जो इस धरती को सर्वनाश से बचा सके। इस बात को हमको समझना चाहिए। इसकी जरूरत हैं। नहीं समझने से परिस्थिति बाध्य करेगी समझने के लिए।
इस तरह धर्म में जीना अर्थात् समाधान, समृद्धि, अभय, सहअस्तित्व सहज प्रमाण पूर्वक सार्वभौम व्यवस्था में जीना, अखंड समाज व्यवस्था में जीना है। इस विधि से मानव की सार्वभौम व्यवस्था ही मानवत्व होने को मैंने देखा है। मानव जाति एक, कर्म अनेक; मानव धर्म, एक समाधान अनेक। मानव अनेक प्रकार के कर्म कर सकता है सुखी रहने के लिए। अनेक कर्म का मतलब है अलग-अलग कार्य जैसे कपड़े का काम, मिट्टी का काम, फसल का काम आदि। जब तक मानव, मानव को एक जाति के रूप में पहचानेगा नहीं तब तक मानव के साथ शुभ कार्य किया भी कैसे जा सकता है। मानव के लिए यह स्वाभाविक है कि वह अनेक कार्य करेगा। अनेक कार्य का मतलब उत्पादन कार्य से है। मानव जाति एक होना हम इस तरह स्वीकार करते हैं कि मानव का उद्देश्य एक ही है, वह है सुखी होना। समृद्ध होना, समाधानित होना, अभय होना और निरंतर प्रमाणित करना सहअस्तित्व को। इन उद्देश्यों को पूरा करने के लिए जो कार्यक्रम बनाते हैं उसका आधार “मानव जाति, मानव धर्म एक” पर ही बनता है। सुखी होने का रास्ता जो है उसी का नाम है धर्म (व्यवस्था)। एक देश काल में समझदार होकर व्यवस्था को प्रमाणित कर पाते हैं तो इसे हर देश काल में प्रमाणित कर सकते हैं यही इस प्रस्ताव की खूबी है।
